At Open Lens Counselling, I believe in a truly personalised approach to therapy. My name is Ewa, and I am dedicated to creating a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace. Discover how my unique blend of experience and therapeutic methods can support your journey.

A truly personalised approach

As a qualified therapist and proud member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I bring over a decade of experience in supporting a wide range of individuals. My practice is person-centred, ensuring that your unique needs and experiences are always at the forefront. I specialise in working with neurodiverse individuals, as well as supporting refugees and those for whom English is not their first language. For Polish speakers, I am also able to offer therapy in your native language.

Your first steps towards clarity

When you first come to Open Lens Counselling, you can expect a truly person-centred experience right from the start. Initial sessions are designed for you to set the pace, focusing on what feels most important to you. My role is not to judge or direct, but to create a safe haven where you feel empowered to be your authentic self, even with the most challenging emotions. Together, we'll explore your understanding and help you find your own way forward.

Integrating creativity & sound

Beyond traditional talking therapy, I am also a sound therapy practitioner with a deep interest in the powerful connection between sound, creativity, and emotional wellbeing. Where appropriate and if it resonates with you, I may gently integrate these elements into our work. This approach respects your individuality, ensuring that any creative or sound-based exploration genuinely supports your therapeutic journey and personal growth.

“Ewa's unique blend of experience and compassionate approach created a truly transformative space for me. I felt understood and supported every step of the way.”
